How does Tiffexx work?

Tiffexx connects you with independent home kitchens and tiffin partners near you. You order a meal or start a meal plan, the kitchen cooks it fresh, and a Tiffexx delivery partner brings it to your door.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Kitchens on Tiffexx currently serve Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. Each kitchen delivers within 8 km of its own location, so the kitchens you see depend on your delivery address. If a kitchen is too far, checkout will tell you before you pay.

When can I order, and when will it arrive?

  • Lunch: order by 1:30 PM. Delivery between 12:30 PM and 1:25 PM.
  • Dinner: order by 8:00 PM. Delivery between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM.

Once a meal's cut-off passes, that meal closes for the day and you can order it again tomorrow. You pick your delivery window at checkout.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders from tiffin partners. Other orders carry a ₹30 delivery fee, shown in the bill before you pay.

Are taxes included in the price shown?

Yes. The bill breaks it out for you: 5% GST on food and 18% GST on the delivery fee where one applies. Nothing is added after you tap Place order, and a tax invoice is issued for every delivered order.

How do coupons work?

Available coupons appear at checkout under "Apply a coupon" — tap Apply on any you're eligible for. Each coupon shows its own minimum order value, and a coupon that doesn't qualify yet tells you exactly how much more you need to add.

Coupon discounts are funded by Tiffexx. Your tiffin partner is always paid in full for the food they cook.

How do I pay?

Orders are paid from your Tiffexx Wallet. Add money to the wallet from the Wallet screen, then pay instantly at checkout. Your balance and every transaction are listed there.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel yourself within one minute of placing an order — after that the kitchen has usually started cooking. Once that minute passes, contact Help & Support and we'll look at it case by case.

When an order paid from your wallet is cancelled, the full amount is refunded to your Tiffexx Wallet.

How do meal plans and subscriptions work?

A meal plan delivers the meals you choose on a repeating schedule, so you don't reorder every day. Manage it from My Subscriptions. Each week of your plan allows two skipped meals and two pauses — skip a meal when you're out, or pause when you travel, then resume when you're back.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once a delivery partner picks up your tiffin, the order screen shows their live position on a map along with each step — placed, packed, on the way, delivered.
