These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tiffexx app and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Tiffexx

Tiffexx is a technology platform that connects customers with independent tiffin partners (kitchens) and delivery partners for the ordering and delivery of meals and meal subscriptions. Tiffexx facilitates these transactions; the tiffin partner is responsible for preparing the food.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tiffexx. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your delivery addresses up to date.

3. Orders & subscriptions

  • Orders are subject to the tiffin partner being open and accepting orders within the applicable meal time window.
  • Meal subscriptions generate daily delivery orders according to the schedule and meal preferences you select. You may pause, resume, or cancel a subscription from the app, subject to the applicable cut-off times.
  • Prices shown include applicable taxes (GST). A tax invoice is issued for each delivered order.
  • A tiffin partner or Tiffexx may cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (for example, if an item is unavailable); in such cases any amount paid is refunded to your wallet.

4. Payments & wallet

Payments on Tiffexx are made using your Tiffexx wallet. You can add money to your wallet using Razorpay. Wallet balances are non-transferable and may be used only to pay for orders and subscriptions on Tiffexx. Refunds for cancelled or undelivered orders are credited back to your wallet.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel an order before the tiffin partner accepts it for a full refund to your wallet. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. If an order is not delivered or is materially deficient, contact support and we will review the issue and refund where appropriate.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary with demand, weather, and traffic. While an order is out for delivery, live tracking shows the delivery partner’s location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by placing fraudulent orders, abusing refunds or promotions, harassing partners or delivery staff, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Food quality & liability

Food is prepared by independent tiffin partners who are responsible for its quality, hygiene, and compliance with food-safety laws. Tiffexx facilitates ordering and delivery and is not the manufacturer of the food. To the extent permitted by law, Tiffexx’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

9. Changes to the service & terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction. For any questions about these terms, contact us:
